Job Description: Recruiter
Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process, helping us attract and onboard top talent that drives our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop talent pipelines
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
- Build and nurture relationships with potential hires and external agencies
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
