- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for staff.
- Manage data backups, antivirus updates, and system security.
- Support in setting up emails, user accounts, and access controls.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase and maintenance.
- Keep records of repairs, updates, and IT inventory.
- Assist in upgrading systems and implementing new technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware.
- Familiarity with MS Office, email configuration, and antivirus tools.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
