Position: International Customer Support
Location: Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 2
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)
Process: International Voice
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries efficiently via voice, chat, or email.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with international clients.
- Meet performance targets related to quality, accuracy, and customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fresher are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (with all original DMCs)
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
