We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Collection Executive to join MNC's.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Higher Secondary (HSC) pass with relevant experience may also be considered
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in collections or voice-based customer service (BPO experience preferred)
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities
