Job Title: Collection Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Collection Manager to oversee and manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from clients and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of financial processes, and the ability to lead a team of collection executives. The role will be based out of our Indore office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily collection activities across assigned regions/accounts.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Lead and motivate a team of collection executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle escalated cases and negotiate payment plans or settlements with clients.
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities and provide regular MIS reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all collection processes.
- Liaise with the legal department on delinquent accounts where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in collections or recovery (NBFC/BFSI sector preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
