Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution as per design and schedule.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor quality control, safety, and compliance with all site protocols.
- Read and interpret interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and update project status to management.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage subcontractors, site workers, and maintain discipline at site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in supervising interior fit-out works
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing, carpentry, MEP coordination, and civil basics.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical details.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
