Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, motivate, and manage a sales team to maximize performance.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Market Research: Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
* Sales Process: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
* Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on results.
* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
