We’re seeking an energetic and self-motivated admin to spearhead daily client outreach and fully own the lead-to-client conversion process. If you excel at research, client communication, and closing deals through consistency and persistence, this role is for you. You’ll earn a solid base, plus commission for every converted client, with clear performance goals to maximize your earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 100 client meetings per month, proactively reaching out and scheduling discussions.
- Independently research and identify prospects, bring them to the table, and convert them into clients.
- Own the entire sales funnel—from lead generation to close—with minimal oversight.
- Participate in daily team meetings to align on strategy, progress, and goals.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Pay: ₹3,500 per month.
- Performance Trigger: If the goal of 100 meetings isn’t met, base pay is adjusted to ₹1,500 per month.
- Commission: 1.5% of the revenue from every client you successfully convert.
