About the Role:
We are hiring a driven and persuasive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with incoming leads, explaining offerings, and converting interest into sales — all through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp leads, and follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored event/product solutions
- Convert leads into confirmed registrations or sales
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer data
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies
- Provide post-sale support when needed and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain services or event offerings confidently and clearly
- Fluent in English and Hindi (more languages is a plus)
- Basic computer skills – CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Preferred:
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition
- Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or LeadSquared
- Experience in events, automotive, or lifestyle-driven industries
