We specialize in developing cutting-edge software solutions, including Food Delivery Systems, Ride Booking Systems, and E-commerce platforms, catering to B2B clients.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions and show software demo.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay up to date with company products and industry trends to better serve clients.
- Work efficiently in a target-driven environment to achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Strong Account Management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
