Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our business development efforts around Finacle—a leading digital banking solution suite by Infosys. The candidate will play a key role in identifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in closing deals across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to promote Finacle banking solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Finacle product suite, including core banking, digital channels, payments, CRM, and analytics modules.
  • Work closely with marketing to convert campaign leads into qualified sales prospects.
  • Collaborate with field sales and channel partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with stakeholders for feedback and next steps.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in inside sales or business development (preferably in BFSI or IT services).
• Familiarity with Finacle or other core banking platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Willingness to work across time zones when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with banking clients or selling to financial institutions.
  • Understanding of digital banking trends and the competitive fintech landscape.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS or enterprise software sales.
