Job Description:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to promote Finacle banking solutions.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Finacle product suite, including core banking, digital channels, payments, CRM, and analytics modules.
- Work closely with marketing to convert campaign leads into qualified sales prospects.
- Collaborate with field sales and channel partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with stakeholders for feedback and next steps.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Experience in inside sales or business development (preferably in BFSI or IT services).
• Familiarity with Finacle or other core banking platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.• Willingness to work across time zones when needed.
- Experience working with banking clients or selling to financial institutions.
- Understanding of digital banking trends and the competitive fintech landscape.
- Prior exposure to SaaS or enterprise software sales.
