Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with lead and customer information.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in telesales/inside sales/customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
