JOB DESCRIPTION
Participating in key specifier trainings to help share effective/new solutions to the
specifiers’ community and provide product education and advice
Verify and model existing conditions
Work with Design Managers to create schematic design, design development, and
construction drawings
Provide drawing support for minor design requests
Assist scheduling the development of projects
Be aware of projects as they are planned, developed, and constructed
Coordinate drawings with outside consultants
Serving on the Revit/BIM Committee
Remain informed on industry trends and related new technologies that could
benefit the department
Establish and maintain drafting and modeling best practices for the department
Qualifications for architectural draftsman
4-6 years of experience working in a professional office
Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to handle multiple work
assignments
Committed to the success of project teams
Associates degree or certification
Associates Degree in CAD Drafting or related field
Certification as a Construction Document Technologist (CDT) from the
Construction Specifications Institute(CSI) or equivalent A/E certificati
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
