Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone, via email, and through virtual meetings. This role involves a mix of prospecting and relationship-building, with a strong focus on hitting revenue and activity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and manage sales cycles.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in (Life Insurance , Health Insurance )

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
