Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer pain points, requirements, and business needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to US clients and familiarity with US business culture.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
