- Student & Parent Counselling
- Engage with students and parents to provide in-depth information about the
- Entrepreneurship Program, curriculum, career pathways, and startup incubation opportunities.
- Address concerns regarding entrepreneurial career prospects, financial feasibility, and program outcomes.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person and virtual) to help students and parents make informed decisions.
- Admissions & Lead Management
- Handle incoming student inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects intoconfirmed enrollments.
- Guide students and parents through the admissions process, including documentation, eligibility criteria, and financial aid options.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and applications using CRM tools.
- Program Awareness & Promotion
- Conduct webinars, info sessions, and open house events to educate students and parents about the program.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and outreach teams to attract students from diverse backgrounds.
- Establish strong relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote entrepreneurship education.
- Startup Ecosystem Engagement
- Help students and parents understand the support structure of the program, including mentorship, investor access, incubation, and networking opportunities.
- Connect students with industry experts, startup founders, and alumni to provide real-world insights.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Building
- Maintain continuous engagement with enrolled students and their parents to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
