- Prepare and Verify shipping documents, Including Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin, VGM, and Service Invoices.
- Preparation of Checklist.
- Coordinate with shipping linces,NVOCC other carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and arranging loading and delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulation, Incoterms and customs requirement.
- Track and monitor shipments providing status updates to clients and internal team.
- process and manage export/import documentation as per country - specific requirements.
- Liaise with freight carriers, suppliers and customers to resolve shipments issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation for audits and reporting.
