Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify international leads through research and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Support in basic export documentation processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Good persuasion and sales skills with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation will be an added advantage.
