SkyPod Immigration is seeking a highly motivated Immigration & Visa Counsellor with 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through their immigration journey and helping them choose the right visa or immigration pathway based on their eligibility and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Conduct initial consultations to assess client eligibility
- Provide clear, professional advice on various Canadian immigration pathways
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Coordinate with legal and processing teams for smooth client onboarding
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth
Required Knowledge of Immigration Programs:
- Study Permits
- Work Permits
- Spouse Open Work Permit
- Visitor Visa
- OINP/PNP Applications
- TRV (Temporary Resident Visa)
- Permanent Residency (PR)
- Citizenship Applications
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Immigration/Visa Counsellor or Consultant
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Familiarity with Canadian immigration programs (Study Permit, PR, PGWP, etc.)
- Experience using CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must be comfortable working as per Canada Time Zone
