- Ensure no shortage of staff and to maintain full strength
- Hire new housekeeping staff well in advance
- Assign duties to staff and inspect already completed tasks so as to ensure compliance with already stated housekeeping standard.
- Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and also prepare reports on a routine basis
- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly at all times
- Must be proactive in carrying out assigned duties
- Must have good time management abilities
- Must be good at decision making
- Must have relevant experience in housekeeping (preferably in a supervisory role)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
