- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to set standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
- Restock housekeeping supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues, reporting any damages or repair needs.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and using cleaning chemicals.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
- Assist with laundry duties if required.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to guests or residents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
