Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Associate with a background in hotel housekeeping and professional bed making. The ideal candidate should be familiar with high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and proper bed-making techniques (hospital/hotel corners, wrinkle-free presentation, etc.). Prior hotel housekeeping experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make beds to hotel standards with precision and attention to detail
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas thoroughly and efficiently
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces
- Replenish towels, toiletries, linens, and other in-room amenities
- Ensure all rooms are presented to the highest standards before guest check-in
- Report maintenance issues or damage to housekeeping supervisor
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols at all times
- Maintain and care for cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required
- Must be skilled in professional bed-making techniques
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work quickly and independently
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
