About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Hostel Warden. The role of a Male Hostel Warden within an "institution" specifically for a boys' hostel carries responsibilities tailored to the age group and the specific aims of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of students in the hostel.
- Ensure the students adhere to hostel rules and maintain discipline.
- Assist in planning and organizing extracurricular activities and events for students.
- Serve as a mentor, helping students with personal development and emotional support.
- Maintain regular communication with the school management and parents regarding students' progress.
- Help with hostel administration, such as attendance tracking, room allotments, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure students receive proper meals and that hostel cleanliness is maintained.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification is Degree
- Prior experience in teaching is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A compassionate and caring attitude towards student development.
