As we expand our services, we are looking for a skilled Healthcare Recruiter (Contract) to support our US hiring efforts for key clinical and non-clinical roles, including LVNs, RNs, Marketers, and more.
Position Overview:
The Healthcare Recruiter (Contract) will manage the full-cycle recruitment process during US business hours. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating closely with US-based hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have prior healthcare recruiting experience and be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates applying for roles such as LVN, RN, Marketer, Scheduler, and other field-based healthcare positions.
- Collaborate with US hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Post and manage job listings on various platforms including job boards, social media, and internal systems.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate status and recruitment activity.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and movement through the pipeline.
- Support offer letter preparation, background check coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and pipeline status.
- Assist in organizing virtual job fairs, hiring campaigns, and other sourcing activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA in HR
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare or home care staffing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; an American accent is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work full-time during US business hours.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience hiring clinical staff (LVN, RN, CNA) and non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., marketers).
- Knowledge of healthcare recruiting standards in the US.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and healthcare job portals.
