- Greet guests, lead them to tables, and provide information about the hotel
- Take orders, process payments, and ring up orders
- Serve food and drinks, and ensure that orders are served as per standards
- Clean tables, counters, and other areas of the restaurant
- Present bills and send off guests
- Deal with complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety practices
- Assist with housekeeping, set up and prepare for functions, and support kitchen staff
- Minimum 02 years of Experience in the same field in good brand.
