We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Guest Relations Executive to create memorable guest experiences while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional hospitality, foster strong customer relationships, and actively contribute to lead generation and conversions through personalized engagement and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience.
- Deliver personalized engagement by acknowledging guests on birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality so every guest feels valued and appreciated.
- Customer Database & Feedback Management
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Collect, manage, and analyze guest feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement, Marketing & Promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and send personalized greetings, offers, and discounts.
- Capture guest photos and videos (with permission) to support brand promotions and event coverage.
- Assist in creating live social media content during events, promotions, or guest interactions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify potential business opportunities from guest interactions and referrals.
- Proactively promote company products, services, and offers to guests.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and ensure conversion into revenue.
- Issue Resolution & Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for guest queries, complaints, and concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting guest relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
