Job profile:
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints
- Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating activities for guests
- Responding to guests requests for service and assistance as needed
- Helping front desk and other staff with language translations of guests
- Assisting staff with accommodating and respecting cultural sensibilities of guests
- Making reservations for customers and showing visitors to their rooms
- Ensuring that guests are satisfied during their stay at a hotel
- Handling complaints and concerns
- Helping with check-in and detailing all the facilities, including dining options and pool areas.
