Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with table allocation and manage guest seating flow.
- Provide menu guidance and answer customer queries with confidence.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere on the café floor.
- Handle guest feedback politely and escalate issues if required.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Smart, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior hospitality/restaurant/café experience preferred (but freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
- Age: 20–30 years.
