Role Overview
Join our Growth & Activation Team to help stores go digital. This is not a typical sales executive role, it’s about activating real users for a tech product.
- Travel to stores across Kerala
- Show store owners how Flyerworks works
- Help them create their first flyer
- Support them in subscribing
- Collect on-ground feedback and insights
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Owns a bike and a laptop
- Confident speaking to small business owners
- Willing to travel and meet 4–5 stores daily
- Experience in field sales is a plus
- Startup-minded and growth-driven
Compensation & Growth
- ₹15,000 fixed monthly salary
- ₹5,000 bonus for just 10 store closures/month
- Up to ₹30,000+ total monthly earning potential
