Role Overview:
Multiply Mavericks is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a remote-based full-time role, ideal for a creative professional based in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning visual content for social media, websites, branding, and more. We’re looking for someone who understands the power of visuals in storytelling and branding and can bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistency in design across all digital and print platforms.
● Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, ads, print, and other digital assets.
● Create compelling and impactful logos, brand identities, and typographic designs.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media visuals, industry standards, and tools.
● Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and tone.
● Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and iteration.
● Meet project deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
● Hands-on experience with logo design and branding projects.
● A portfolio showcasing a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and originality.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly.
● Ability to take constructive feedback and improve consistently.
● A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
Salary:
₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and task fitment after evaluation.
