Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Google Ads Expert with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Google Search campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Google Ad campaigns, ensuring optimized performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Search Ad campaigns.
- Create and continuously optimize ad copies, keywords, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to increase brand visibility and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and SEM.

- Increase in conversions from paid campaigns
- Improved Quality Score and CTR
- Lower cost per conversion
- Efficient budget utilization
- Timely campaign reporting and analysis
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in running Google Ads campaigns (required)
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads and Google Analytics
- Google Ads certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of SEM concepts and PPC strategy
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience
- Total work: 1 year (Preferred)
- Google Ads: 1 year (Required)
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Landran, Mohali, Punjab before starting work.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Performance and yearly bonuses available based on results

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
