We are seeking an experienced and skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) to meet client goals.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and improve Quality Score.
- Regularly monitor, report on, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Management:
- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta properties.
- Develop targeted audience strategies, design effective ads, and monitor campaign performance.
- A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools to track key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
- Client Communication:
- Collaborate with clients to understand campaign goals, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving ad performance.
- Campaign Strategy & Budget Management:
- Develop and implement strategic paid advertising campaigns based on client requirements and budgets.
- Effectively manage campaign budgets and optimize spend to meet performance objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to optimize ad campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Experience in using Google Analytics and other campaign tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
