We are now expanding our international partnerships team and looking for smart, energetic, and globally minded individuals to join us as Global Partnerships Associates.
Role Overview
As a Global Partnerships Associate, you will act as the face of the company on international platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and more. Your job is to identify and onboard global vendors, explain project requirements, and manage communication between our internal teams and external collaborators.
This role offers excellent international exposure, cross-cultural communication skills, and a pathway to grow in project management, marketing, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to global contributors and freelancers on LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms
- Explain project objectives, deliverables, and expectations clearly
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and timeline alignment
- Work closely with internal QC and project teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Maintain communication logs and performance trackers
- Provide weekly reports to the Project Manager
Who Can Apply
We’re open to candidates with the following backgrounds:
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing / International Business / Operations / HR)
- BBA / Mass Communication / English Hons / HRM graduates
- Strong English communication skills (verbal + written)
- Self-starters who are comfortable working across different time zones (US/Europe/Asia)
- Basic knowledge of freelance platforms is a plus (training will be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
