Greyhorse is offering a unique pathway to employment via a competitive hackathon-based selection process. We are hiring 100 multidisciplinary teams to lead product development initiatives across our funded project pipelines.
This opportunity is open to teams only. (Now you can building something with your friends and get them a job too) Each team must comprise:
- 1 Marketing or Sales Specialist
- 2 Technical Developers
- 1 Additional Team Member (open role)

Key Details:
- Hackathon participation is mandatory.
- Teams will have 3 days to 3 weeks to build and launch a market-ready product.
- Each selected team will receive $250,000 in milestone-based compensation.
- Full onboarding as Greyhorse associates is contingent upon successful completion of hackathon deliverables and performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Form and register a qualified team.
- Participate in the Greyhorse Hackathon and deliver a functional product prototype.
- Develop, scale, and launch the product.
- Collaborate across technical, commercial, and product design functions.
- Execute go-to-market strategies through the designated marketing/sales team member.
Qualifications:
- Teams must self-organize and register as a complete unit.
- At least two technical developers per team.
- At least one marketing or sales professional per team.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity within the team structure.
- Strong collaborative, cross-functional capability.
