We are looking for a smart and presentable Front Office Executive to manage reception and basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointments
- Handle courier, stationery, and front-desk records
- Provide basic administrative support to the team

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
