A Leading auto LPG gas industry is looking for front office executive- FEMALE candidate for this role, at Namakkal (Paramathy road) with minimum qualification of BA in English and above are equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logbooks, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and a professional appearance at all times.
- Respond to general inquiries (phone, email, or walk-in) with accurate information and a friendly approach
- Support internal announcements, visitor schedules, and staff communication boards.
- Provide basic information and direct queries to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support HR/Administration in employee onboarding and documentation, when required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
- Manage Inward and outgoing couriers and maintain related records along with key data bases
Required Job Knowledge, key skills and Abilities:
· A people person with excellent in written, listening and communication skills.
· Impeccable grooming and professional etiquette.
· Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office tools.
· Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and detail-oriented.
· Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is a plus
Qualification and certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (Hospitality, Business Administration, or
related fields preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role.
· Fluency in English; additional regional languages will be an advantage.
