Shree Niketan, one of Chennai's fastest-growing New Age educational groups, is launching a new campus in Nolambur. We are seeking a professional and cherubic Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and serve as the primary point of contact for our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage the front desk, greeting students, parents, and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Handle all incoming phone calls and correspondence (email, couriers), directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide accurate information about the school to visitors and callers.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including managing appointments, maintaining records, and assisting other departments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A polished, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office) and a basic understanding of AI tools for administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends during school events or meetings.
