Overview
We are seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating a welcoming environment.
Duties
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and booking arrangements
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
Skills
- Experience in guest services or hospitality management
- Proficiency in front desk operations and phone systems
- Strong guest relations skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel management practices is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is an advantage
- Prior experience in a resort setting or customer service role is beneficial

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
