Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude.
- Assist in the check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide personalized service to VIPs, repeat guests, and special request bookings.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all hotel products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met.
- Monitor guest feedback and follow up on service recovery actions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and interactions.
- Support the front desk with administrative tasks during peak hours.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English , Malayalam , (Hindi would be plus)
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
