Front Office Associate Male

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Office Associate MALE to be the face of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
• Answer and Direct Calls: Respond to phone inquiries, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
• Provide Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain Records and Files: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, mail, and packages.
• Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
