We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner -Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. -Maintain the front desk and reception area in a clean and organized fashion. -Manage calendars -Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email -Assist other departments as needed with administrative support Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred -Professional attitude and appearance -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, phone systems) -Familiarity with scheduling and administrative software
