Job Description:

We are seeking a well-spoken and professional Receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle and route incoming calls effectively with a pleasant tone.
• Maintain the reception area and visitor logs.
• Support basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
• Use MS Excel for maintaining records, data entry, and coordination.
• Provide information and guidance to callers and visitors when needed.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Confident in handling front-desk responsibilities and multitasking.
• Comfortable with phone handling and coordination work.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
