Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
- Answer customer queries politely and direct them to the right department or salesperson
- Coordinate with the sales and billing teams for smooth customer transactions
- Generate daily/weekly reports on customer engagement and feedback
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent education
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service/front desk (retail experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and handle store rush hours efficiently

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
