About the Role:
QHT Clinic is looking for smart and professional Male Receptionists with prior experience in patient handling. The ideal candidates should be able to manage front desk operations efficiently, handle patients with empathy, and remain composed even in challenging or chaotic situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk.
- Handle patient queries, registrations, and appointments.
- Manage patient flow and ensure smooth coordination with doctors and staff.
- Deal with difficult or chaotic situations calmly and professionally.
- Maintain records and assist in administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in patient handling is mandatory.
- Smart, well-spoken, and presentable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
