- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or receptionist roles (preferred in IT/Corporate environment)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and manage tasks efficiently
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Manage the front desk and handle all incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper visitor protocols are followed
- Coordinate with internal departments and schedule meetings as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and company correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist the HR/Admin department in day-to-day tasks (stationery, ID cards, etc.)
- Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, printing, and data entry
- Ensure office supplies and hospitality items are well-stocked
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
