We’re looking for a smart, professional, and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to be the face of our firm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and a welcoming personality.

- Greet and assist clients & visitors professionally
- Handle phone calls, emails, and front office queries
- Maintain appointment schedules & meeting rooms
- Manage documentation and basic office support
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Proficient in MS Office & email handling
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
