Job Description: Front Desk Executive
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Receptionist Support and possess knowledge of and terminology.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests, clients, and employees as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Managing Phone Calls: Answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and taking messages as needed.
- Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing Calls and packages, ensuring that they are properly routed or distributed.
- Check-in and Check-out: Managing guest or client check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area tidy, ensuring that brochures, Interview forms, and other materials are stocked and up-to-date.
- Handling Inquiries: Responding to general inquiries from visitors or clients about the company, services, or products offered.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, and organizing office supplies.
- Security Monitoring: Ensuring that guests or visitors sign in and out, following security protocols to safeguard the organizations premises.
- Managing Office Supplies: Monitoring stock levels of office supplies and ordering as needed.
- Assisting with Event Coordination: Helping with the coordination of meetings or events held within the office, including arranging refreshments or necessary materials.
- Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or complaints from visitors or clients, ensuring that concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Other Details:
- Work Location: Wagle estate, Thane West
- Work Timing: 10-7 pm IST time
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- All Sunday off
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
