- Greeting and Directing Visitors:Welcoming guests, determining their needs, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing Phone Calls:Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, taking messages accurately, and ensuring efficient communication flow.
- Handling Mail and Deliveries:Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, and preparing outgoing mail.
- Maintaining the Reception Area:Ensuring the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, making copies, filing, and data entry.
