Job Description-
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Should have pleasing personality. Excellent communication skills is a must.
- Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Monitoring stationary stock and reordering when required.
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
