* Greeting and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
* Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
* Manage and monitor the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
* Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
* Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, photocopying, scanning).
* Assist HR/Admin with scheduling interviews, meetings, and other front desk duties.
* Coordinate with facility services and vendors as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
* Managing data and registers.
